SuperCamps supports call for more physical education for children

 It’s a new year and a new look Super Camps but once again we’re delighted to be meeting parent’s holiday childcare needs at William Hulme’s Grammar School. 

If you’ve never used Super Camps before, don’t worry! We’re OFSTED registered, all of our staff are CRB cleared and over 50% of them are fully or nearly qualified teachers. We’ve been providing quality childcare at some of the best schools in England for 16 years and our friendly customer service team will be only too happy to answer any questions you have, from camp-specific information to paying by childcare vouchers. If you feel you’ve been there, done that and even bought the Super Camps’ t-shirt, you’ll be pleased to hear about our exciting new additions and improvements to our activity programmes. For children aged 6+, ‘Go PLAY’ and ‘Go CREATE’ are the two activity areas where we offer sports and games and arts and crafts. There will also be new things to try such as American Touch Football, Athletics and Decoupage. Additionally, for the over 8s, children will now be able to choose which activity they take part in during the afternoon, plus have the third option of ‘Go DISCOVER’,  a new scientific activity area where those with inventive minds can Launch a Rocket, Make A Volcano Erupt or learn how to Power A Boat With Soap! 

As an Early Years Provider registered with OFSTED, Super Camps is proud of its dedicated programme for the 4 to 5 year olds, offering children experiences in Outdoor Learning, Investigation, Sports, Arts and Crafts. We are required to complement children’s learning in the Early Years Foundation Stage and have designed our programme to not only complement but extend their learning. Our younger children are looked after by our qualified Early Years staff and have their own base camp to make them feel at home.
