Pastoral

We have a highly effective system of pastoral care - including a comprehensive PSHE programme - which means that we are able to monitor the progress and well being of individual pupils, meeting their specific needs at each stage of their school career. We have a learning support service, led by a specalist teacher, to help pupils who have particular problem areas and we see contact with parents as an  important priority. Although there are regular parents' evenings and reporting procedures, we operate an open door policy for parents to see form tutors and subject teachers by appointment whenever necessary.
