Hello, my name is Firzana Chaudury and I am your Parent Support Adviser at William Hulme's Grammar School. I'm also a parent to three daughters here at school whose ages range from 12 years to 16 years, so I'm no stranger to dealing with the stressful situations our children can put us in! It's not always easy coping with or understanding our own offspring, sometimes you can't do right for doing wrong no matter how hard you try!
But what about YOU the parents and carers, sometimes you may
feel that it would do you the world of good just to get away from
home for an hour or so and have a chat about anything that's
bothering you. I will be really happy to lend an ear and point you
in the right direction where necessary. There are several
education/family services that are available to us parents which we
are not always aware of.

Alternatively you can arrange to meet me in school on
Wednesdays, Thursdays or Fridays between 10am and 12 noon.
