Y8 Food & Nutrition Dishes for the Dining Hall

Year 8 Food and Nutrition students have been busy this week on their End of Year Practical Assessment work. Their brief was to research the nutritional requirements of teens to be able to choose a dish to prepare, cook and present in the lesson that would be suitable to be served in the school's Dining Hall.
One dish from each class will be served in the Dining Hall.
All dishes were completed to a high standard. Well done to our Year 8 students!
