SLT Respect and Acceptance Competition

Tuesday, 30 June 2020

At the heart of our school community are the values of respect and acceptance for all. We wanted to remind all students that WHGS is committed to diversity and inclusion during some challenging times around the world and at home.

The Senior Leadership Team (SLT) launched a competition to design a poster that encapsulates the themes of respect and acceptance. The standard of entries was amazing. It is clear the pupils have a great understanding and appreciation of these two key themes.

The posters included words such as kindness and equality, as well as symbols of peace and hope.

All those who entered the competition have received a personal call from Mr Khalique in the Secondary Phase. Well done and thank you to all those who entered the competition.
