Friday, 4 December 2020

This half term, Year 4 have had a fantastic time at Forest School.

All the children really enjoyed their trip to the forest, where they got extremely muddy! They enjoyed climbing trees and going down the mud slide.

Over the past few weeks, they have continued to improve their forest skills at school. They have learnt how to make a fire, whittle with a knife and use bow saws.  They have also become excellent den builders.

Year 4 have shown a real love of the outdoors and they have demonstrated a fantastic growth mindset to have a go at all the different activities!
