Year 10 GCSE Food and Nutrition students have been busy in their own kitchens this week in another live cook along lesson.
These beautiful Apple Galettes were made to demonstrate the theory of shortening of fats in pastry-making and avoiding enzymic browning in fruit preparation.
Both these food science topics were taught in the previous live theory lesson.
