World Sleep Day

On Friday 19 March, Secondary Phase students took part in World Sleep Day, promoting healthy sleep.
Students had the option to wear an item of black - keeping with the wellbeing day colour themes. Information was given to students in Form time about the importance of sleep and how to make positive sleep habits.
During lunchtime, students had the opportunity to take part in a quiz, based on various sleep facts.
