Year 10 Food & Nutrition GCSE Practical Lessons

It was great to have our Year 10 Food Nutrition students return to their GCSE practical lessons this week, following careful hygiene and safety guidelines.
Their task was to make a homemade batch of evenly sized falafel and present them attractively using a variety of additional ingredients, such as wraps, salad and dips.
Food presentation skills are practised throughout the course, in preparation for Year 11 Non-Examined Assessment.
