On Tuesday, Chef Stuart came in to demonstrate a range of dishes to show our students how to improve presentation techniques during their exams.

The students were able to help with the preparation and learn tips and tricks from a professional. 

On Wednesday 21 June, the Primary Phase held their Careers Marketplace. During the day, many visitors came into school to talk about their careers and how they got into it.

Our Year 11 students have worked extremely hard this year to obtain their Functional Skills Level 2 qualification, especially as they have had some of their education disrupted during difficult times.  Most of these students have also obtained their Level 1 previously.  

Mrs Bartlett, their Functional Skills Co-ordinator, is really proud of the way they conducted themselves in order to study and attend revision lessons to obtain this qualification.

On Monday 19 June, members of the KS2 Choir and Music Club, alongside Music Ambassadors, were invited to attend a concert at the prestigious Bridgewater Hall.

On Friday, our whole school delivered a range of activities to raise awareness and funds for the Somalia Flood Appeal.

Our non-uniform day included students and staff wearing the colours blue and white (the colours of the Somalia flag) to show solidarity, morning assembly delivered by a group of students and breaktime cake sale.
