Year 10 GCSE Food and Nutrition students have been busy in their own kitchens this week in another live cook along lesson.  

‘Connecting Stories’ is a new initiative developed and led by National Literacy Trust with our partners at Read Manchester and Manchester City Council.

Year 10 have been demonstrating the theory of starch gelatinisation in sauce making.  

Every term, our House Leaders nominate which charities we will support as a school and on the run up to Christmas, we knew that our local foodbank, Manchester South Central Foodbank, run by the Trussell Trust, was the right choice.
