William Hulme's Grammar School was selected from over 40 Manchester school applications, to be part of the very exciting opening exhibition with Manchester International at the new Factory International event centre.  This is the biggest creative space that has been built in the UK since The Tate in London.  It will be a hub to Art exhibitions, music events, drama productions and a whole host of amazingness from The Arts.  

On Saturday 15 July, talented Year 7, 8 and 9 students were invited by One Education music service to perform at the prestigious Band on The Wall, as part of a Summer Festival.

The Music Department hosted a wonderful Summer Concert in the Great Hall to a very supportive audience of parents, students, friends and staff.

On Thursday afternoon, the Primary Phase hosted two separate celebrations of the singing and music-making that have taken place this year.

On Thursday 13 July, William Hulme's Grammar School held their ‘Best in Everyone’ Awards Evening, which was a great success. 

The Awards Evening was in recognition of the hard work of students and staff and the most outstanding examples of achievement for the academic year. The Awards Evening categories ranged from subject awards, all-round pupil awards and eight different staff categories.
