In Years 7 to 11, the Pastoral Teams are led and managed by the Vice Principal, Mr Khalique and the Assistant Principals; Mr Green, Mr Kathrada and Mr Mundell, supported by the Directors of Pastoral Care; Miss Sewell and Mr Hughes.

Wider Pastoral Team - Safeguarding and Attendance Support

The Director of Safeguarding (Ms J Moran), the Attendance Officer (Mr A Hughes) and Attendance Mentor (Ms D Edwards) support the work of the Pastoral Team by ensuring students are kept safe and attend school, working closely with the Directors of Pastoral Care and Heads of Year.


Wider Pastoral Team - Student Support (Impact Centre)

The Impact Centre Manager (Ms S Bhaimohmed) and a team of four Learning Mentors provide bespoke programmes to support the academic, pastoral and welfare needs of students. The Centre offers short and long-term placements on-site to help students remove barriers to learning.


External Partners

The work of the Pastoral Team is further supported by the Careers Advisor, Ms Davenport, providing one-to-one and small groups information, advice and guidance on post-16 pathways.
