Nursery Class September 2026 intake

Applications for the Nursery Class 2026/27 will open on 01 September 2025 for children with a date of birth between 01 September 2022 and 31 August 2023. You will be able to apply online, or using a paper form available from the school office.

We are not able to process applications for children with a date of birth outside the above range.

Nursery Offers

We will offer 52 places for the Nursery 2026/27 class. Nursery places at William Hulme's Grammar School are for 25 hours per week, free of charge to parents. Places are offered strictly in line with our Admissions Policy 2026/27 which can be found on our website. 

The first wave of Nursery 2026 applications closed on Thursday 15 January 2026, however you can still apply in our second wave. The first round of Nursery offers will be made by the end of February 2026. Offers will continue to be made up until July 2026 or until all the 52 places are filled. Parents may apply, via the Nursery 2026 application form, to join the waiting list at any point until the end of July 2026.
