Our recent KS3 Careers Drop Down Morning gave our students a valuable opportunity to explore future pathways and hear directly from a wide range of professionals.
We were happy to welcome back our Alumni network Sarah Nazir and Abdul Tahir who are thriving in the Finance and Construction sector.
We also had in attendance, representatives from University Academy 92 (UA92) Karim West, Medology Global - Amin Hashmi, Ayaan Khurshed, The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) - Bee Younis, The Manchester College, The University of Law, Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (CICES) - Rachel Hames, Trevor Wilson, HM Revenue & Customs, Shade Davies, and from the Dental profession, Aisha Kareem, Masuma Bais, Areej Raza and Maya Abdulrazak.
Experiences like this help students to raise aspirations, broaden their understanding of the world of work and more importantly make informed choices about their future.
WHGS thank you all for your support and guidance in inspiring the next generation of WHGS students - especially in the extreme heat!
