It was a pleasure to welcome our new Year 7 families to William Hulme's Grammar School for our Transition Evening as we look ahead to September.
The evening gave parents and carers the opportunity to learn more about life at WHGS, hear from our staff and meet the teams who will be supporting their children throughout their secondary school journey. Families were also able to explore a range of information stalls, including Inclusion, Uniform, Arbor, ParentPay, Learning Habits, Education with Character, Community, Pastoral Support and our digital learning platforms.
A huge thank you to our wonderful student ambassadors, Year 10 volunteers and talented choir for helping to make the evening such a warm and welcoming experience. From greeting families on arrival to serving refreshments and sharing their own experiences of school life, our students were fantastic representatives of our school community.
We are excited to welcome our newest students to the WHGS family in September and look forward to supporting them every step of the way.
