This term, Year 3 travelled to Delamere Forest to try out their skills needed to survive in the woods.
Whilst at Delamere Forest, the children hiked to the dense part of the forest where they took part in some activities.
The children enjoyed building dens and small shelters using tree branches to make a frame.
The children also toasted marshmallows, weaved willow into tree decorations and had a chance to play in the woods.
We would like to thank the parents who volunteered and made sure that the children could experience a day in the woods.
