This term, Year 4 have been diving into the inspiring life of Emmeline Pankhurst as part of their history topic—and what a journey it’s been!
The children have absolutely loved learning about this remarkable woman and how her determination and courage helped pave the way for women’s rights today. From discovering key events in her life to understanding the impact of the suffragette movement, the class have shown real curiosity and enthusiasm throughout.
The topic concluded with the children producing some truly amazing pieces of writing, summarising all they had learned. Their work is full of passion, detail, and ambition—well done, Year 4!
