Wrap Club
Whether you require regular before- or after-school care, or just need occasional support for appointments or one-off commitments, our ad hoc booking option offers flexibility and peace of mind.
How do I book onto wraparound care?
Registering an account is free and takes just 5 minutes. You’ll need to provide:
- Your details and your child(ren)’s details
- Two emergency contacts
- A payment card (no payment is taken at registration)
Once registered, you can log in and start booking sessions using the ‘Bookings’ dropdown menu.
Please note: Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to register and book as soon as possible.

Key Information
- Breakfast Club opens at 7.40am, and runs until school starts.
- Afterschool Club starts straight after school, and closes at 6pm.
- Children will be escorted to school/collected after school wherever appropriate
- Club will be located in the Family Room
How much does WHGS wraparound care cost?
All parents are eligible for support with their childcare costs, and we hope that families will access these schemes to minimise the amount that they pay.
To secure 20% off your fees:
The vast majority of parents can access Tax Free Childcare support from the government, which will reduce the amount you pay by 20%. You can find out how this works here.
To secure (up to) 85% off your fees:
Families eligible for Free School Meals can access the Universal Credit Reclaim Scheme (UCRS), which will reduce the amount you pay by up to 85%.

Our commitment to you – a reliable, professional childcare service
We understand that you need childcare that is high quality, reliable and safe. Our staff team are of the same high standard as our existing school staff, ensuring the schools standards and our school values of Respect, Ambition and Compassion will be maintained. You can rely on the club to be open every day of the school year, and to have the availability to support your childcare needs. Children will be expertly looked after from the moment they arrive in club, to the moment they leave.
As part of providing a professional childcare service, we are delighted to be partnering with Childcare Bookings for Schools, who support us with all of the booking, payment & admin associated with the club. In addition to a dedicated administrator to support our parents, available 9-5pm, year-round, Childcare Bookings have a booking system that gives you 24/7 access to book, pay and review your childcare.
