Additional Information

In Year 12, students are guided carefully through the transition from GCSE to A-level and they are encouraged to adopt a much more independent approach towards their studies.

In Year 13, students develop critical insights into the contemporary society and culture of countries where Spanish is spoken.

The development of these skills, together with their knowledge and understanding of the structure of the language, lay foundations for future study of Spanish or of other languages at University.

The MFL Department makes extensive use of RM Portico to allow remote access to a wealth of written and audio resources. We encourage all A level students to make full use of this excellent resource.
