Tuesday 6 February saw our annual performance with the phenomenon that is Young Voices!

Our KS2 Choir has been rehearsing after school on Tuesdays every week (which is open to any pupils from KS2 who love to sing). We were so very proud of the Choir on Tuesday; they have worked very hard to learn a staggering array of different songs, some with dance routines, sign language parts and different layers!

This year we performed as part of a choir of 8994 young people, alongside an amazing line up of professional singers, dancers and musicians. The highlights of this year's Concert included the amazing vocal talents of Natalie Williams, the street dance troupe Urban Strides and the rapper MC Grammar.

It was a fun packed evening of singing and dancing, including medleys of songs from Matilda, Moana and medleys of gospel and pop music too. We were also entertained by the drumming talents of Nandi Bushell, the 13 year old drumming prodigy who wowed us with her performance as part of the pop medley.

It was a very long, intense and exciting day, and the Choir have certainly earned a rest over half term!
